The guide to get back to our daily habits little by little.


Mechanics

From the beginning of May, normal life will gradually return to normal in France. The guide will be launched on instagram stories. It will be in the form of absurd and offbeat excercises to be done with our everyday items and devices.

Examples




Being in public transportation = holding your broom like a subway pole, doing squats to practice sitting, listening to RATP announcements. 
Driving = watching red light videos,listening to the sound of horns with your sound equipment.
Being on a plane = the hair dryer to imitate engine noise.
Being with our friends = toasting in front of a mirror

With the lockdown and the return to normal, we are less present at home. However, we have spend a lot of time using and interacting with our electronic devices and household appliances, they were always by our side.
